Conversational AI built for the
financial sector.
In this case study, we delve into the design journey of a custom website for emerie®, a specialized virtual assistant revolutionizing the financial landscape. Through meticulous design decisions and user-centric methodologies, we illustrate the consumer benefits of integrating an AI companion, streamlining both general inquiries and account-specific interactions, ultimately enhancing accessibility and usability within the financial realm.

After extensive design exploration, market and competitor analysis, along with guidance from our client, we crafted an IA for the website, focused on a seamless and informative user experience. Throughout the process, there were multiple rounds of revisions to refine both the user journey and the visual identity of the emerie® brand.

After developing a visual identity that was both highly unique to the market and representative of the cutting edge nature of the product, I designed each page of the website, aligning with the overall messaging strategy; focusing on the benefit to the customer’s consumer base.

Summary
The design of this website was extremely thoughtful. Working in tandem with the client, copywriter and developer, the final result is an effective and memorable site design, with a clear navigation to provide the optimal user journey. Through this design we tell a story, and guide users through visual cues to ensure they are able to easily identify the necessary information, and prompt them to reach the end user goal (requesting a product demo with the client’s sales team). With custom animations and interaction design, we crafted a stunning and one-of-a-kind user experience.
